We are endeavouring to make our website accessible in accordance with the Barrier-Free Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz idgF) for the implementation of the European Accessibility Act (EU) Directive 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

This accessibility statement applies to https://www.manni.tirol/

Further information on the conclusion of the contract (description of our services, explanations on the performance of our services) can be found at: https://www.manni.tirol/footer-legal/agb/

Current compliance with requirements

This website is partially compliant with Conformance Level AA of the "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2" and with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 due to the following non-conformities and/or exemptions.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

a) Incompatibility with accessibility regulations

  • Text alternatives are currently not available for all non-text content, meaning that criterion 1.1.1 – Text alternatives is not met.
  • Some elements break out of the logical order and are not interpreted correctly by assistive technologies, meaning that criteria 1.3.1 Info and relationships and 1.3.2 Meaningful order are not met.
  • Links and buttons are sometimes only identified by colour, meaning that criteria 1.3.3 Sensory characteristics and 1.4.1 Use of colour are not met.
  • Form fields are not labelled, meaning that criteria 1.3.5 Identify input purpose, 2.4.6 Headings and labels, 2.5.3 Label in name and 3.3.2 Labels or instructions are not met.
  • Not all operable elements can be accessed using the keyboard, which contradicts criterion 2.1.1 Keyboard accessibility.
  • There is currently no way to skip content blocks using keyboard shortcuts, meaning that criterion 2.4.1 Bypass blocks is not met.
  • The keyboard focus sometimes skips navigation or content elements, which contradicts criterion 2.4.3 Focus order.
  • Not all links have appropriate labels or meaningful titles, meaning that criterion 2.4.4 Link purpose (in context) is only partially met.
  • Form fields are not labelled, which contradicts criteria 2.4.6 Headings and labels and 3.3.2 Labels or instructions.
  • The focus is not always visible, which contradicts criteria 2.4.7 Focus visible and 2.4.11 Focus not obscured.
  • Form fields sometimes do not display clearly associated input errors, meaning that criteria 3.3.1 Error identification and 3.3.3 Error suggestions are only partially met.
  • Not all interactive elements have programmatically determinable names, roles and values, meaning that criterion 4.1.2 Name, role, value is only partially met.
  • Screen reader users are not informed about input errors, meaning that criterion 4.1.3 Status messages is not met.

The incompatibilities with accessibility regulations are regularly reviewed to ensure that all requirements are met as far as possible. We place great importance on continuously making improvements and implementing any necessary adjustments promptly to ensure accessible use.

b) Disproportionate burden

c) The content is not within the scope of the applicable legal provisions

  • The website contains older documents and content that are not accessible. Since these were published before 28.06.2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act, and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for them.
  • The website includes documents and content from third parties that we neither developed, funded, nor controlled. For these third-party contents, no statement can be made regarding compliance with accessibility standards, and they are therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
